Terms of service not displaying in 4.0

    Hi – I have the checkbox checked and text in the textarea for the Terms of Service in the admin settings, but with the new version, I’m not seeing the checkbox displayed on the frontend for users.

    Looking through the code, it looks like that was omitted from the new frontend template for the place ad page. Please help!
