    Hi mrg-llc,

    Sorry to hear about your problems, but there’s a couple ‘standard’ things you need to check to debug such problems:

    1) JS errors – in a Chrome browser open Developer Console (CTRL+SHIFT+J) and check for red texts saying “error”
    2) PHP version – your server should run on PHP 5.3+ at least (many are running on 5.2 which is missing many features and is very slow (and over 6yo)
    3) Change theme to standard one (there may be a conflict)
    4) Disable other plugins one by one (there may be a conflict)

    One of these is a culprit in 90% of cases.

    odd thing, came in this morning to further troubleshoot and it is now working. I haven’t done anything to ANY plugins I have, so, cannot explain.
