• Hello. I installed your WP Affiliates Manager plugin and am testing it. The Terms & Conditions link on the Register page is not working. It only returns me to the top of the page and doesn’t bring up the Terms & Conditions. The page is located at https://acesuccess.com/2016/affiliate-home/affiliate-register/

I have tried disabling all the other plugins and switching themes and the problem persists. I would be grateful for any help you can provide.

Hi, can you first check to make sure there is some text in the following area Affiliates -> Settings -> Affiliate Registration -> Terms and Conditions. If there is some text then can you disable all your other plugins and test to see if the link works. If you have a cache plugin make sure you have cleared the cache.

If none of the above works, can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen or Sixteen.

    Regards

Thanks for replying. There is text there, I have disabled all the other plugins and tried other themes. None of that works.

In one of the times I refreshed the page while testing it, I did notice that an unusual url came up at https://acesuccess.com/2016/affiliate-home-2/affiliate-register/ I don’t know where this came from, but the link WORKS on that page!

Hi, check your pages. Make sure you only have one set of pages for Affiliates Manager. If you have more than one then this would cause the problem you are currently experiencing.

I don’t know how it got duplicate pages, but I deleted them, uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled it. That fixed it. Thank you!

BTW, I tried registering on your website forum with two different usernames, but got no confirmation link to reply to for either one. It said I was registered when I tried to log in, but it kept saying the password was invalid. Is that something that will be fixed soon?

Did you also enter the correct captcha value when trying to log in?

I must have because it said I was sent an email confirmation to click on to complete the process. But I never get the email. I double-checked I put in the right address, then tried with an alternate email address but got the same result.

Did you also check your e-mail spam box?

    Oh yes. It wasn’t there.

That is very strange, the plugin developers will investigate further this issue. Thank you for reporting it.
