Terms & Conditions

  • Good afternoon,

    When implementing this on a wordpress site the subimitter has to agree to the terms & conditions. The T&C makes it sound like anything that is submitted to our site is also submitted to Vidrack, which indicates that they publish content submitted by users. Am I understanding this correctly? A user may submit a video to us and it appear somewhere on the Vidrack site as well?

    I, also, would like to know about this. Looks like it’s uploaded to upload.vidrack.com/video for some reason. Why would it go to vidrack first?

    Some clarification of the terms and conditions etc would be greatly appreciated.
