Terms and Conditions on checkout page

    Hello !

    Please,explain me how I can add phrase kind of ” I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” with checkbox on checkout page under review order?? Usually this option is used before customer place order. So customer is not able to place order until he check that checkbox.
