Terms and Conditions not showing on Quotes

Hi and thanks for your plugin,

The Terms and Conditions are not showing when we create a Quote.

They show without any problem the moment we switch to Invoice.

We tested with another template, modifying the text and re-saving the settings. Still nothing.
