Terms and conditions checkbox disappeared

Woo-comerce version 3.6.4
Woo-comerce checkout manager version 4.3

Issue 1 – The checkbox next to text “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions *” has disappeared, because of this the orders can’t be processed.

Issue 2 – Next to the Address fields text (optional) was appearing even though it is a required field, after reading the past support requests, I have used a code to fix it for now. It would be great if these two issues could be resolved.
