    You can try displaying it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option of your theme on the below path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

    .container .woocommerce form .form-row .input-checkbox {
    -webkit-appearance: checkbox;
    margin: 1px 3px 3px 3px;
    width: auto;
}
