    Good day,

Once I set up the terms and conditions I then manually edited them as there were amendments needed that were applicable to the site. I updated the terms and viewed the page and everything had loaded. I then realised that there were a couple links needing updating so I clicked on edit and went to the backend at which point I found that all the edits had been overwritten and saved as a new auto save revision and gone back to the original terms and conditions. I then amended everything again and the issue now keeps happening? When I go to previous versions I can see my edited version but cannot easily select and save it, and the once I managed to select the correct previous version it was then immediately overwritten with the original terms again anywa. Please assist. Thank you

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @winedrop,

How did you edit the document? Did you use the option “Edit document and stop synchronisation with Complianz”? And are you using Gutenberg or Classic Editor?

    Hi Rogier,

Thank you for the feedback. Yes what I mean is once I stop sync and I edit the document, I then save and publish, and view the page, however once I go back into edit to add an extra line of terms, the document has reverted back to the original so I have to re-edit the entire document again before I can add another item otherwise it will be adding it to the original which will then overwrite my most recent update. So none of my edits are visible unless I go look at the revisions. However they are visible on the front end as long as I don’t edit and overwrite them by adding new terms. But I can’t keep rewriting all my terms every time I realise I have left one line out. Please let me know how to fix this. Please let me know where I can upload screenshots of my back end to illustrate what I mean. Thank you

You can send your screenshots to support(at)complianz.io, and mention this thread, so we know where this belongs to.

    Some other information I need:

    – A list of plugins you are using
    – If you use Classic Editor, Gutenberg, Elementor, Divi.
    – What theme you are using.
