Terminating process when Nginx cache is enabled.

    I use Nginx only server and everything works great with import/export but when I enable Nginx cache on the server level, I get an error similar to “Server terminated the process”. Any advise if I can maybe exclude something from the cache

    Is it possible that the server termination page is in the cache and incorrectly being returned? Have you tried clearing the cache completely and then trying the import?

    If that doesn’t help, you’ll have to work with your web host to log the error that explains the termination: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/troubleshooting/terminated-imports/.

    Once you find the relevant log entry you can send it to us here or via https://www.wpallimport.com/support/.

    You should exclude:

    • WP All Import URLs (including cron URLs)
    • Import files (/wp-content/uploads/wpallimport)
