Tera Wallet Option Not Comming at Checkout Page To customers

but sir earlier When we Try then it was available in low balance also.

how can i set this option will show at low balance also but ask customers to recharge wallet.

No sir i want to if customers wallet not have any rs then also at checkout page wallet should be show but show a message insufficient wallet balance recharge now to continue payment.

Is there any hooks or filters to tera wallet keep visible on list of payment method even if having an insufficient balance and show button or text as Recharge Now?
