Temporary Redirects

in plugin options, you can change the settings to stay on the same page instead of redirecting somewhere – please check if it helps

Thanks for your fast response.

I had a look and the option “After adding product to cart” was already ticked so I assume this is what your referring to.

When you do this on the page such as https://www.allurebathrooms.com.au/vanities/ you do stay on the page as the setting suggests.

The issue though is obviously the Googlebot is getting redirected to the homepage but with the redirect being a 302 (temporary) it causing issues.

Do you have a solution or can you place one into your next solution (such as changing these to 301 redirects?).

Do you use any extension that might change 301 into 302 redirects? The code uses 301’s and I just checked in our test environment we do get 301 redirects after adding to the cart from product page. I do see your site gets 302, but it seems it’s not Jigoshop’s fault.

You can also check Jigoshop.com and see it is getting 301 redirections as well.
