Temporary passwords when registering

  • Hello,

    When a new person registers, they are not receiving their temporary password so that they can login to their profile. I can see them under Users that they are trying to join.

    I have tested it in the past, it was working, but now it’s not.

    Hello,

    This issue has not been resolved. When a subscriber registers (after they submit a user name and password), they aren’t receiving their temporary password to login because the server is treating it as spam (per my hosting provider). My hosting provider said that I need to change the subject from “Your user name and password” to something else like “Thank you for registering”.

    How and/or where do I change the subject please?
