    Hi team.

I see that this problem has already been reported 2 times in the last month, marked as resolved, but so far it remains latent.

The plugin generates a file with a “-tmp” suffix that grows in size at an alarming rate unless it is manually deleted. In my particular case, after a few days it took up more than 90 GB and constantly consumed CPU on my VPS. In the plugin dashboard, the plugin indicates that it has written over 70 million products, but I only have 30k products… Apparently there is a bug that causes the plugin to continue writing products repetitively in the temporary feed.

I have attached a reference image (the file continues to grow in size). The problem is temporarily resolved if I reinstall the plugin, but it appears again.

Could you please try to solve it?

    Hello mhuaman,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re experiencing an issue with the plugin generating a “-tmp” file that grows excessively, reaching over 90 GB and consuming significant CPU.

I checked prior reports on this, but the threads closed automatically as the authors didn’t follow up.

To assist you further, could you please share your site’s System Status Report?
You can locate it under WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.”

Looking forward to your response. ??
