How can I filter out \”temporary closure\” on my /meetings page? It shows up grayed out, but still clickable. Shows \”temporary closure\” but without a lengthy explanation on the front side (widget) this feels insufficient. Can we add strikethrough, or better, simply filter them to not display based on that tsml_type?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @cushingp,

The best solution is for you to use local css to add the strike through. I believe there are some samples in these threads you can use, or in TIAA Forums.

https://Www.fortworthaa.org has over 1k meetings. I’m checking a lot of Temp Closures boxes. This too shall pass and when it does, can we get one check box to undo these by group?

    Wow, I thought I had a lot with a good 300…
You probably already know that you could export the lot, make the changes in an editor and then import them back in with the ‘delete all’ button ticked in the import interface, right?

If the website is your master meeting list, then that can save you a lot of time.

Seeing that there are multiple values in the current tickboxes I think it might require some work to give us a button that takes out the TC thing for us.

I am planning on doing a replace with new data when this is behind us. Assuming that we all go back to physical meetings at roughly the same time or at least per district or region.

Good luck with the tick boxes!

Thanks for the feedback, including side trails.

Rather than adding line-through CSS, I changed the callout in PHP to display Temporary Closure (along with the gray out AND a call out on my /meetings page).

We had set the callout to “Open” and “Closed” (because Men’s and Women’s is less prevalent and far less important to our Intergroup and our District) but include that information in the meeting nomenclature with a key.

The visible “Temporary Closure” adds both vital information to those seeking meetings AND comfort in noting that it is temporary.

Ok. We had added a visible “Temporary Closure” in the plugin so I’m not clear what is different with what you’ve done.

But, if you happy, I can close this ticket?

    @ebartoletti and @osnicky59,

We are working on a feature for the plugin that will allow batch removal of the Temporary Closure (TC) type.

The “Import & Export” logic is not getting a lot of attention right now. We’ll try to come back to it in the future.

Thank You for everything you do.

Import export: no problem. It is still working fine for me so if it ain’t broken, don’t fix it. Good luck with the recent changes. I have postponed updating until we have a stable version. Thanks for your service, all!
