Templating Engine

It would be nice to be able to write a template in the admin section that consisted of something like:

<div class="%DIV_CLASS%">
<ul class='%UL_CLASS%">
<li>
<-a- href="%POST_LINK">%POST_TITLE%</-a->
<p>%POST_DESCRIPTION%</p>
</li>

</div>

Then users would be able to wrap the relevant variables in their own html or use the default if they’d like.
