• Hello everyone,
I recently successfully installed WordPress on an already existing hardcoded website. https://www.urban-bliss.com
I have access the dashboard and other wp features but when trying to see/install/activate a theme, the page stays blank. I can not see my website nor change it unless I click on the top left corner “urban-bliss.com” which directs me to the main page.
My web host customer team says its because the template requirements are not compatible. I am not sure what this means and how to fix this. Help?
    Thank you.

  • Can you elaborate a bit more? I am seeing zero traces of WordPress at the url you provided.

Is your host able to provide you with the specific errors you were generating?

Lets see, when i click on Add Theme this is what I get: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.remarpro.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
My host, streamline.net has not been able to help ma, this is why I am posting on this forum. I installed wp with their one click installation with seemed to have worked since I can log in with my new credentials using /wp_admin but I am not sure what to do after that.
