Templates not showing under Select a Template

    Hi,

    I am just playing with this plugin and I see that under the heading “Other Post Options” on the page where we drag and drop where we want the fields to go there is the heading Page Template then Select a Template. I have already set up a template for the data I want to import, but the only option I have is “Default” and not the other templates that have been set.

    How can I get around this as different data sets that I will be importing will have different page templates.

    Hi @ahau

    Are you looking for import templates so that you don’t have to drag and drop the fields again? If so, you can save & load those templates at the very bottom of Step 3 (“Edit Import” for existing imports): https://d.pr/i/oKCPoa.

    If you’re talking about actual Page Templates, then we’ll need to look on your site in order to check what’s going wrong – if this is the case, please open a ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with more details.
