Templates in multiple languages

    Hi,

    We have e-shop in 3 ;anguages.

    We translated all our email templates to all 3 languaes, however, when the customer orders for example in Russian language, he still gets email in English. So we dont know hot to use email template in Russian verison. Can you help please?

    If the customer orders in Russian version of the web, we need to send emails in Russian. If i English – all emails in English.

    When I setup language in the “rules” it applies to all language variations.

    It does not work to me to set different language in rules on different emails.

    If emailin main langueage is in German (for example) all email variations in diff languages are set up German. And if I changeit does not work.
