Hi, I just tried the template construction blog as post slider. I didn’t change anything in the template, but in the preview modus and front end the layout is broken (backgroundcolor missing, nav arrows missing etc.).

How is this supposed to work? Is this fixable?

    Hi @agramonis

From what I can tell, the slider styles appear to be absent on your homepage. However, I’ve thoroughly examined the template and it seems to be functioning perfectly fine. I’ve conducted multiple tests, and everything appears to be working as expected after the import process. It’s possible that there was an error during the import process, so could you try repeating the process to see if it resolves the issue? If not, we could look into enabling debug mode and reviewing the logs for any potential errors. Here are our guidelines for that:

    Hi,

there were no errors during the import process, I’ve tried now other templates with same issues, the styling is completely broken.

Well, I’ve activated debug mode, recreated a post slider by template and added to the page, the debug file contains only this:

    Hi @agramonis
I apologize for the trouble you’re facing, but based on our analysis, this seems to be an isolated issue. We faced a similar problem earlier, which was due to a conflict with a cache feature. However, we have released an update that resolved the issue. Furthermore, we have checked our user database and found no similar reports. In my experience, testing this on another hosting environment could help import the sliders and display them on the front-end without any issues. Would it be possible for you to test this on a different hosting environment?

And one more thing, If you could temporarily diactivate your plugin to isolate the problem would be great. Sometimes it’s not a server configuration problem, and it’s a conflict between one of the installed plugins.

Hi, deactivating plugins didn’t affect the styling, but switching to the Twenty theme shows the post slider correctly.

So I assume is theme related, it uses the Bold Builder Plugin as Page Builder.

    Hi there,
Thanks for letting us know we have reported this to our Dev team and if we receive more request on this page builder we are going to make it compatible too

    Regards
