Templates don’t display in X-Theme

I have been using Yop Poll on another site without difficulty, so I was surprised when I installed it on a site running the very popular X-Theme WordPress theme from Theme.co and things went poorly.

As you will see in the example link I’ve provided, the survey displays but two very serious problems are evident:

1. Template – The Template I selected in Yop Poll is not displaying.

2. Poll Options – I changed the “Vote” button to read “Done” under Poll Options in Yop Poll. But it’s clear the Poll Options I selected are not reflected in what displays on my example.

I have visited the X-Theme site and they say this is a problem with your plug-in, so I’d be grateful for your guidance.
