Your templates are still there and you can recover the original functionality by downgrading to 2.0.16:

We hope that 2.1.3 fixes this issue, but be aware that some users are seeing a fatal error and it’s unclear if it’s fixed in 2.1.3 so be prepared to disable the plugin (you can FTP in and rename the plugin folder to deactivate) and restore to 2.0.16 if you hit a problem.

Also, if we do fix this problem I hope you’ll consider revising your review! We messed up but we hope it doesn’t ruin a 7 year history of safe updates!

Version 2.1.4 has been released and is available for download. This fixes the fatal errors, as well as the vanishing templates issue completely.

We are very sorry for the problems our update caused and we hope that the new version regains the trust we’ve lost.

We hope you’ll consider revising your review now that the problem is fixed! A negative review can have a long lasting effect on a plugin’s credibility and we would hate for a single bad release to ruin our 7 year record.
