    I’m trying to edit the php files from /templates folder but doesnt seem to be accept the changes.

    For example on content-job_listing.php, I would like to change ->
    <li class=”date”><date><?php printf( __( ‘Posted %s ago‘, ‘wp-job-manager’ ), human_time_diff( get_post_time( ‘U’ ), current_time( ‘timestamp’ ) ) ); ?></date>

    In addition %s is (minutes/hours/days) and I would like to change it to different language is it possible?

    Are you using a theme such as Jobify? If you are editing template files, but these themes include their own version, the theme version will be used.
