    Hello,
in 2021, I had installed and configured my email templates without problems with YayMail.
Today, I realize that the templates are no longer displayed in the editor. I only have the left menu with the side bar and header bar items as you can see in this screenshot. https://ibb.co/tzQtGQn

    • Plugin version: Free version 3.2.6 (I also reproduce the problem in 3.2.3)
    • WordPress version: 6.1.1

    Could you help me please?
    Christophe

I finally managed to get the templates working again on my Dev and Test sites. I think there was a problem during the database export.
To solve the problem, I used the export functionality of your plugin from my PROD site and then imported the JSON file to my Dev and Test sites.

Thank you so much for choosing our plugin. If it’s possible, can you leave YayMail a review here please?

Your review will motivate us to develop more plugins and have awesome users like you.? ??

    Kind regards,
    Bruce

Yikes! This is a big problem, maybe it should be mentioned somehow:
“If you transfer your DEV site to your PROD site, the templates blank”.

Luckily I read this thread just before I was to delete my DEV site, thanks @csanceau

    Hi @prokops ,

Glad to know you got useful info from this thread ??

But just to add… The problem is with the mode of transfer, not necessarily with the plugin’s functionality in this case.

For instance, if you use a plugin called FastDup to migrate your dev site to live site, everything on the sites should be intact (including all the features of YayMail).

    Regards,
    Bruce
