Template Upload

I just purchased the single domain license to use the media contest for $4.99

I followed the instructions listed on your website for how to upload a template and it is not working. The option to upload when it is selected under polls>templates>upload>browse seems to always switch back and forth from upload and browse but will not allow me to upload any zip file or even search for it within my WP uploads/downloads folder on my mac.

I have attempted to submit a support ticket online at the following address.

I am not able to do so since I was not provided an Envato license key with my purchase. Since this is a required field I have not been able to successfully put a tech support ticket.

Any help here would be great.
