TEMPLATE NOT WORKING

We had a company make a custom template for us. That company has now gone out of business and our website. https://www.assocserve.com now completely look out of wack. pictures are everywhere, no text, etc. Since we had a custom template is it possible to restore the site back to how it was or will a new template be needed. We have the capability to see everything (information) for our site in wordpress and can edit it, it just appears as though the website template is off. Since they are now out of business is it possible that the template is now no longer valid?? Can anyone help?!!
