    Hi @jarven,
Thanks for posting! I’ll pass this onto the developer to see if he has any insight. One of us will get back with you soon!

    Best,
    Hannah

Hi! I have a similar problem with Klarna. Instead of using the kadence templates it’s using the standard woocommerce template. When I try with another payment system it works fine. I’ve tried to get support from “Klarna” but not very helpful. I’ve tried reinstalling and with another theme but not helping. I’m using Astra.

So if I want to try this myself and tinker within the template code. Or If I can insert the correct php/template whatever. Not super with code but can monkey around.

Or if I in the woocommerce template at least want to add a better greeting and thank you. And so on in the other templates (completed/on hold) and so on.

    @jarven and @konjin
Sorry to both of you for the delay! Could you send screenshots of what you’re experiencing?

    Thanks!

Hey! Well a screenshot…not sure how that will help. ?? The wrong “processing order” template is used with one payment system and with another system the correct template is used.

Kadence woocommerce processing order temaplte used with payment system Nets Easy (dibs).

So how can I make sure the correct template is used OR how can I add my own content to the woocommerce processing order template.

I don’t know the Klarna plugin, but my guess is that isn’t the processing order email. Can you go to woocommerce > settings > emails and see if Klarna is adding it’s own emails. If so then they would need to add support for our plugin or reach out to us to collaborate as we only support the core emails for woocommerce by default.

If they are not adding their own emails then the issue is even more on their end, it means they are overwiding how emails are sent and that isn’t something our plugin can fix since we don’t control that.

I suggest reaching out to Klarna.

It shouldn’t be. They say no. But exactly.

But is there help on how I edit the template myself?
    /wp-admin/?preview_woocommerce_mail=true

the woocommerce templates (like processing order). I’ve been looking around but cannot find the correct information.

Or even better if there is a way to force the templates to use kadence templates. I understand this should be handled beforehand but since that isn’t working for this app…is there perhaps a way to yes..”force” it?

    Hey,
The plugin already “forces it” for woocommerce emails, if it’s being forced to something else by another plugin that is out of our control. I can’t offer any suggestions because it’s not something our plugin is doing you need to fix this in the plugin that is creating the issue.
