Template not loading

    I am trying to load a Header Template on the Jeg Elementor Kit, but it gets stuck on the loading screen (the dark screen with the Elementor logo and “LOADING” text below it). Tried disabling unneeded plug-ins already. The following plug-ins are currently enabled:

    “Contact Form 7” by Takayuki Miyoshi
    “Contact Form CFDB7” by Arshid
    “Elementor” by Elementor.com
    “Integration for Contact Form 7 and Salesforce Pro” by CRM Perks
    “Jeg Elementor Kit” by Jegtheme
    “Meta pixel for WordPress” by Facebook
    “Newsletter – Addons Manager” by The Newsletter Team
    “Newsletter Subscription Form” by Weblizar

    Please advise.

    Hello @tcch,

    Is there any error message displayed in the browser console? If there is, could you please take a screenshot of it and provide it to us? This will give us more clues about what might be happening.

    After that, you can also try resaving your site’s permalinks in the Settings Permalinks menu.

    Thanks for the help, but I managed to resolve it through further?troubleshooting by disabling plugins one by one, and found that the conflicting plugin appeared to be the main Elementor plugin itself. After I deactivated and reactivated Elementor, I was able to load the Header Template in Jeg Elementor Kit.
