    Hello Community,
Something cause an issue while generating the PDF…

    I have my wordpress-installation on a local server on C:/wamp/www …
I sent my result to a friend. He’s using WAMP on D:

When he proceed the checkout, the following error appears

Template not found! Check if the following file exists!
    C:\wamp\www\foerderverein_osz/wp-content/themes/stripay/woocommerce/pdf/else-pdf-template/invoice.php

The plug-in seems to save an absolute path. Is there any way to solve this?

We have to send our results to our teacher. He’s using XAMPP.So he will have this error as well. The problem is, that he wants a exported sql-file of the whole wordpress-project.

    Hi there,
Currently there is no way to do that, other than re-saving the template settings after you have made the switch. I will look into whether it’s possible to save relative paths, although that could be quite tricky too (especially keeping backwards compatibility).

Let me know if you can resolve this issue indeed by resaving the template settings!

    Have a great day!

    Hi there,
I have almost the same problem
Template not found! Check if the following file exists:
    */wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/pdf/Simple/invoice.php
Basically the problem is that I changed the wp-content directly on my wp.
I have the wordpress updated version and the same for the woocommerce.
I do not know what I should do?
    thanks on advance

    Hi Vico,
All you need to do is to re-save the settings in the template tab! That should solve the issue, but just in case it doesn’t let me know.

    Kind regards,
    Ewout
