Template not active after saving

  • Dear Developer,

    thanks for this nice slider.

    I have one new problem. I have an working Gallery with a lot of Images but if i just open the slider and click on the save button, the pages reload and the active template is not active anymore.
    I have to click it on every time before i want to save now. Again and Again.

    Try to deactive the default Template but it doesnt help, the other (working) template is losing the active state any time i save the cyclone slider 2.

    Can you give me a hint ?

    Hello Julian,

    Please update to 2.12.2 and see if it fixes the issue. You may have the same problem with others in this forum. Let me know if it works (or not).

    Hello kosinix,

    i have the newest version installed.

    When i clicked the add new Button (in german is called “Folie hinzufügen”) and then i press the update button from wordpress, the selected icon get lost and my template is not active anymore.
