Template monster theme not compatible

  • I bought a theme from template monster and when I install it my site goes completely blank, not even an error. I think it’s a compatability issue, can I update it?

  • Whether or not you can update it depends on your level of experience with WordPress themes, reading, and following instructions (in no particular order) and the licensing of the theme you **purchased**.

    Contacting the place your purchased the theme from might be a good idea.

    Template Monster acknowledged that not all their themes are compatible with both the 2.0 and 2.1 series. I think there is instructions on how to upgrade your theme on their site. Look a little longer. I don’t know what page I came across their compatibility disclosure.

    Thanks for the help, they suggested that I downgrade my version of wordpress which i’m reluctant to do.
