• Hello,
thank you for your plugin. Easy and simple, yet professional.
But I unable to find way to localise it. I mean, I understand that you have ability to change strings on your language. But i need that customer on my English version of the site receives English transactional emails, but Latvian customer in Latvian. I use WPML, tried to retrieve strings – but there are no way to localise templates itself.
    Is it possible?

  • Hi,

Our plugin has the functionality to assign languages to email templates using the premium feature called “Language rule.”, it requires the combination with the WPML plugin.

You can see this video guide: https://youtu.be/awIT1gGs3GU

    Best regards.

    Thank you for your message!

Is there still availability for fully translating strings? For example, I am unable to translate ‘Pay with bank-links or credit card’ in the payment info. I noticed that in WPML strings, this string is translated, but when sending a test email via your plugin, it remains in English.

Please let me know if there’s any way to resolve these translation issues. Thanks again!

    Hi,

We are sorry for delaying the response.

The text inside the payment method info: Pay with bank-links or credit card…will not be translated in our plugin.

Which payment method are you using and kindly screenshot the payment text info you want to translate, we will try to replicate and display it on our email template.

    Best regards.
