Template Like This?

I’ve been struggling at making my own wordpress layouts, I followed the Urban Giraffe tutorial but in the end my sidebar was not in the right spot and my posts kept getting pushed down.

So, I want my site to look like this –

Anyone know of any templates or tutorials that will help me? Thanks a bunch. Also, I searched and couldn’t find much.
