    WooCommerce PDF Invoices 2.5.3
    WooCommerce 2.6.11
    WP Version 4.7
    https://localhost/mysite
    Theme : Flash 1.0.4 by themegrill.com

    step_01 :
logo .jpg uploaded through Media Library
    ALL OK – the jpg is 651x238px – 300dpi – ~100KB – base64

    step_02 :
I choose the file in Template as Company Logo

    step_03
in Template click on < Save Changes >
WP finalizes processing and when done …. and here is the issue

Template is saying < No file chosen > as company logo.

    ——-
I read FAQ / readme.txt. I tried < function convert_company_logo_to_base64 > in functions.php theme no luck. < function convert_company_logo_to_base64 > is for red cross issue. I have not the red cross issue — the issue I have is that the Template is not holding the image for some reason.

    @bas —- awesome plugin! — a piece of beauty – Thank You.
@all — any input welcome and an excellent start of year 2017 !

I’m sure it is something I overlooked.

    Hi John,

Can you send me your image?
You don’t see the logo in Template tab like this?
    Did it work before?
Do you see a red cross in invoice?

< You don’t see the logo in Template tab like this? >
    correct

< Did it work before? >
noop – since I joined WooCommerce PDF Invoices
and this is since ver. 2.5.2
hence it did NOT work in 2.5.2 / 2.5.3 / 2.5.4 and the current ver. I have 2.5.5

< Do you see a red cross in invoice? >
noop – I see the Company name field in big letters instead.
I tried several images jpg / png. The template is not holding the Logo image.

apologies for late reply – I try to migrate to a live server. Could it be related to my localhost dev. env? TxRgrds, John

    Try to upload different image.
Do not forget to save settings.
Can you send me your logo? Will test it my self.
Do not use the base64 filter.
If you have created a custom template, please update custom template.

< Try to upload different image.>

    I did – multiple.

< Do not forget to save settings. >

    I did not forget.

Can you send me your logo? Will test it my self.
< Do not use the base64 filter. >

    I did not.

< If you have created a custom template, please update custom template.>

    I did not.

I have a feeling that the issue is related to my local server settings. I use wampserver3.0.6_x64_apache2.4.23_mysql5.7.14_php5.6.25-7.0.10 .

—– Tx for all support. I moved on – you may close. However for sure a glitch is still present. Grtz. John
