Template for individual FAQ?

    If I right-click on an individual question and select “Open Link on a New Tab”, I get a new tab with the text.
    a) at the end appears “Posted in:”. As my blog is in Spanish I would like it to appear in Spanish.
    b) The page where the text appears is not exactly like any of my theme.
    So the question is What or where is template that q-and-a uses?
    I tried searching “Posted in”, but to no avail.
