Template for Elementary Age Class Registration

New website request for enrichment classes for school aged children. Looking at building in WordPress. Would I look for education template and add plugin to handle class registrations or would I look for eCommerce template?

They eventually want users to register online, showing how many spots are left in class, like what you see when registering for a recreation center class.
