Template eventchamp

I just installed the template eventchamp which supposed to look like this:?https://demo.gloriathemes.com/eventchamp/demo/?but as I installed it it looks like this,?https://www.bali-calendar.com/?there are some elements/ features missing and the customer support is very slow.

They told me this but then didn’ come back again:
