You can absolutely set up automatic form notification emails for the users submitting your forms.

We have a great tutorial on that here. And if you’d prefer, we have a video that walks through the setup process here.

I don’t know if I correctly understood but you seem to talk about notifications.
I’ve already done this. What I wanted to know is if I can make a specific email to answer the questions or comments of users who have asked or posted in contact form. How can I make that ?

Currently we don’t have a way to create automated responses for questions asked on a contact form. I’ve made a note of the feature request and we’ll keep it on our radar to be reviewed as we plan out our roadmap for the future.

In case it helps to know, our paid version makes it possible to create conditional notifications that you can send out depending on the selected option in a form. As this is part of the paid version of WPForms, could you please drop us a line through our contact page when you get the chance?
