Template does not show up

I’ve got problem to display custom post on frontend.

i’ve got custom post type called Activity and an other one called Offers.
I create a pod template for both of them, but the template does not work anymore on front end.
They should show up here : https://www.riversidevangvieng.com/tours-activities/
and here : https://www.riversidevangvieng.com/promotions/
but everything is fine on backend.
and there is not error on frontend after enable WP_DEBUG.

Also, i tried to “Request Priority Upgrade Support” on the https://docs.pods.io/pods-upgrade-troubleshooting-and-priority-support/

but impossible to send the request, at the end, i”ve got all the time “*** Forbidden. Browser seems to be spambot. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***” or *** Forbidden. Message seems to be spam. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***
