template disappears when not logged in to admin

I have created a word press site on godaddy (client choice not mine) it was working fine while I was creating it – now for some reason, I can view the pages accurately with all the widgets, header, menus, images, color scheme etc while logged in and viewing the page – however to try to reach the page from this link https://witnessing2u.com/wordpress/ all that shows up is the images and content that I posted the site – no theme…
any ideas? help?
