We apologize for the delay in responding. Could you please clarify which template you are referring to? Are you referring to a Template Kit from Themeforest? We are not sure if this issue stems from another plugin, but you can try disabling all plugins except those related to Elementor or the Template itself.
If you mean the Template Kit, you can try redownloading the Template Kit file as the previous file might be corrupt. Additionally, please ensure that you meet the requirements for using Elementor, such as PHP version, WP Memory Limit, and others.

If this does not resolve the issue, could you please provide us with the System Status of your site and also let us know which Template Kit you are using? This information might help us replicate the issue on our end. As another suggestion, you may also consider contacting the Template author directly or contacting Themeforest support if you are using a Template Kit.
