• Good day,

First of all kudos to the plugin! It is really great and easy to use.

Unfortunately, I only have the problem that your plugin collides with germanized. Can you help me?

  • Hey,
When do you see this error? It’s possible that it could show in the customizer if you preview an email that is using the mockup order and not a real order.

    Hey,

I see this error in the error log. Sure you can. To which address can I send you an email with access data to my WordPress backend?

    Hey,
If you go to woocommerce > email customizer and preview an email for customer invoice does it work?

That error in the error log can be from the customizer and not from a real order.

    Hey,

yes I have tested the shipping of a mail, from the preview manager. It also worked, but the layout in Outlook was not resolved as configured in the Designer. Far too big and no rounded edges and shadows as set in the designer.

    Hey,
So the error you posted doesn’t have anything to do with how outlook would style emails. And the point I want to make is that the error would happen only if you tried to preview emails in the customizer with a mockup order. With a normal order, you should be fine.

In terms of styling for 2016 Outlook, it’s pretty tricky, Outlook uses its own styling engine and it’s coming over from Microsoft word so it doesn’t always read css.

I an help with some teaks if you can send me screen shots. sometimes there are good workarounds.

    Ben
