Template Code not editable anymore

  • Hi,
    in a former version of Gutenberg the templates of the page editor where editable. Since the last version templates are integrated in the page-editor, but there is no code editor available anymore.

    How can I change the changes I have made in the code editor before? Or do you plan to bring the code-editor back?

    Once Gutenberg 12.5 is released you will be able to edit template code in the Site Editor. Here’s the pull request if you’re interested.

    As for editing the template code in the page editor, I’m not sure it has ever been possible to do that. You may want to open a new issue as a feature request on github.
