    Hello,

We have 2 templates on the website, from which 1 is Default and other is Custom.

We have added the Board shortcode into a page (with template Custom) and here it works fine.

When you click on the idea, it opens in de Default template.

How can we make that “All” pages are being opened in the Custom template, as we don’t use the Default one anywhere.

    Hi @madicom,

You are talking about something specific to your site, I would suggest raising this in the general WordPress forums.

Alternatively if you need a developer, feel free to contact me via my website: https://northernbeacheswebsites.com.au. Thanks,

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. In fact the whole site is opening in our custom template, as also the page where we added the board shortcode.

Only when clicking on a Idea, the detail page of that idea opens in the default template. Is there a way where I can specify on what template this idea-detail page should open?

    Hi @madicom,

What I am saying to you is that the concept of having 2 templates is something custom to your website. It’s not something I actually understand without seeing it, and even if I could see what you are referring to, this is not something I offer support for. I offer support for issues relating to this plugin in a standard environment. If you have 2 templates (whatever that may mean) then you need to do whatever you need to do to make it work for that scenario based on how things are setup.

As I said, you may want to consult a developer, or you can contact me via my website and I can provide a quote. Thanks,
