I didn’t know Storefront was a Premium product. My apologies.

My apologies. Storefront itself isn’t a premium product but the child themes are.

I’m sorry, I’m rather new to WordPress so trying to understand how this support business model works.
Even though Storefront is not a premium product, the child themes are? And so, the support is on the website where I buy them, although they have not been modified in years and they were working before Storefront got modified.
So either I bought a deprecated product or else the themes are going to receive a new version anytime soon. I mean, they wouldn’t sell you something and then break it two days after xD
