Template Blocks v Reusable Blocks?

Is there a feature where we can have a template block rather than a reusable block?

The reusable block allows you to create a block with specific content that can be used on other pages. If you edit the reusable block, all pages that use that reusable block are also updated to the edits made, that works great.

Is there a feature where I can create a block and make it a template so I can insert it into another page? However, unlike reusable blocks, the template block allows you to edit that block’s content on that page only.
