Tempera settings blank page

i think it isn’t theme problem becous i dowload and turn on oldest version of tempera 1.25 and there is then same problem.

I dowload the nirvana theme ( that same company ) and that same problem…

Okay, then try deactivating ALL plugins and switch to a default WP theme (twentyfourteen) to see if you have the same issue then. If not, reverse those steps one by one to see which is causing the problem.

all plugins deactivated, i turn on twentyforuteen but that theme dont have settings page and i can’t check it. I back to temopera or nirvana ( all plugins disabled ) and that same problem ??

I see that you asked on the developers forum – best place if it’s a theme issue.

You could also try reinstalling WP – download a new copy of WP and using FTP or Cpanel, replace all files and folders on the server EXCEPT wp-config.php and the wp-content folder. Delete the old versions of the files/folders you are replacing before uploading the new ones.

I downloaded new wp. Deleted old from ftp ( except wp-config and content folder. I copied new wersion without content folder ( there wasn’t wp-config.php file). No changes, all the time the same problem.

What to do?

Very strange issue: i enabled stat24.com service to my domain, and it created a bug on tempera setting site. I disabled this service and every thing now is ok. Thanks for help
