temp workaround for people having troubles with locales

i have seen many topics with wrong locales and localization, so here is a workaround that solves it if you have wrong locale like me, official Croatian locale from wordpress is “hr” and it should be “hr_HR”….
edit includes/locale-definitions.php
search for “hr_HR” and replace with “hr” , than it works….
