Temp Admin cannot edit other user’s profiles

    It seems Temp Admin cannot edit other user’s profiles. Is this intentional?
    It would be good if they could be granted permission to edit non-admin profiles.
    This will allow them to troubleshoot issues…my plugin support can’t fully do that with this plugin as it is and I am now having to create a admin user account for them as a result… Defeats the purpose of this plugin.

    Yes, we have intentionally restricted this access. We got many requests that temporary admin shouldn’t edit other user’s information. So, we restricted that.

    Can you please let us know in which case you want to allow temporary admin to edit other user’s information? If more people demand that, we will consider adding it.

    I am using a membership plugin and am having issues with the user registration to plans…eg. registration date to a subscription.
    I asked the member plugin support to investigate and they requested access to be able to the edit user and would not look into it further until I did so. As it is, I think they are restricted from even viewing a user profile with your plugin.

    I suggest it be an option the super admin can toggle on or off as needed, with a warning box next to it.
