    Hello,

I updated from very old version of this plugin to 6.1.2.

The folders work and show the images, but all the folders say 0 images are in them.

How to force the plugin to recount?

  • Hi @miikkamakela,

    Thanks for coming today.

May I know if those folders contain subfolders? By the way, could you please send us a image of issue?

    Thanks,
    Daisy

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply. ??

Some have subfolders some don’t. I have tried the different settings present in the plugin.

This is what it looked like before (Filebird Pro Version 4.9.9.1):

This is how it looks like now even after clearing all kinds of caches and transients and all the usuals:

    (Filebird Pro Version 6.1.2)

    Cheers.
